Refund & Cancellation

At DD Society, we maintain a 100% transparent public ledger. Because funds are rapidly deployed towards the digital infrastructure of rural villages, our refund policy is strict and clear.

1. Village Fund Donations

All contributions made towards the "Village Fund" are considered voluntary donations (Bhamashah contributions). Once a donation is verified via UTR and added to the public ledger, it is strictly non-refundable. These funds are immediately allocated for ground impact projects.

2. Mega Event Tickets

• Tickets purchased for the Mega Event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once a unique Ticket ID (e.g., DD-123456) is generated and assigned to your account, the transaction is considered final.
• Exception: In the rare event that the DD Society Administration permanently cancels a specific Mega Event without declaring winners, all ticket amounts for that specific event will be refunded to the original source bank accounts within 7-10 business days.

3. Duplicate Payments or Errors

If you accidentally made a duplicate transaction or entered the wrong UTR, please contact our support team immediately before the payment is verified by the admin panel. Once verified, reversals cannot be guaranteed.
